System Administrator, Chatbot & ADX Sales
• Create training data (Intents/Entities/Nuances/Training Phrases/Responses)
• Data extraction, labelling, and structuring of user inputs
• Continuous training, monitoring, and maintenance of AI Chatbots in Digital Channels
• Liaising closely with Technical team, Product team, Customer Service and Call Centre to improve
user interaction of AI chatbot.
• Responsible for enhancing UX and conversation flow tending to Customer queries to XOX
products and ecosystem
• Assisting in copywriting responses of AI Chatbot in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Analysing and updating the knowledge base which aligns to market needs or customization.
• Proposing and tracking key indicators and evaluation metrics of AI products to improve overall chatbot performance.
Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with Customer Service
• Keen problem solver to customer queries
• Understanding of products in the Telecommunications industry or Ecommerce Platform
• At least Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
• High attention to detail
• Basic understanding in Microsoft Office applications (Excel competency is a plus)
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Conversational proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong analytical skills in Bahasa Malaysia are required.
• Good stakeholder management (dealing with different stakeholders)
• Ability to work independently
