3. Able to explain all Happy Lemon products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell Happy Lemon products at all times.

7. Flexibility to work in back and front of the house.
8. Follow SOPs, instruction from superiors, and rules and regulations set by the company.
9. Participate in staff meetings or training where applicable.

Skills & Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• Must have prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
• May work special events, as needed.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.
