Store Supervisor

As a Store Supervisor, some of your responsibilities would include but may not be limited to:
1. Ordering of inventory required for the operations of the outlet
2. Ensure SOPs are upheld and disseminate to staff in a timely manner
3. Ensure on-going marketing/sale campaigns are launched smoothly and communicated to staff
4. Manage the staff shift scheduling and manpower cost for the outlet
5. Provide on the job training to staff and part timers
6. Ensure that all sales, returns and refunds are recorded accurately and in accordance to HQ standards
7. Provide timely data as required by HQ
8. Assist Area Managers and Operations Managers in duties and tasks required

Job Requirements
1. Preferably at least Diploma or Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree
2. At least 2-3 years relevant experience in similar industry
3. Candidate with equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
4. A good team player with positive attitude. Must be independent, resourceful and organized
5. Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
6. Ability to build a team environment and use participatory decision-making
7. Malaysians only

Salary: FROM RM 2,500 per month
Allowance: RM100+RM50+Incentive
Working Hour : 7.5 daily & 1 offday weekly
Probation: 3 months
