• To provide the best service to customer, introduction of products and promoting ongoing offer and deliver information of method of storage.
• Baking area: base on SOP, to arrange dough, baking and finishing product and etc.
• Decoration area: base on SOP, to decorate product and finishing product and etc.
• Cashier: base on SOP, to provide the best customer’s service.
• To understand the functioning of equipment for all the operation area.
• Ensure working environment and personal hygiene maintain the high level of standard.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned from company time to time.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum SPM education level
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Friendly, positive with a good attitude
- Able to present, explain, and articulate the proposed solution to customers
- Willingness to work at peak hour, which may be including evenings, holidays, and weekends
