Sales Associate

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming each customer and promoting the brand
• Develop and maintain good product knowledge and recommend product features and benefits to meet customers' needs and wants
• Meet store and personal sales targets and KPIs by providing an exceptional level of service and experience to all customers in-store
• Help maintain the shop image through regular housekeeping, ensuring products are priced correctly, assist with visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment
• To ensure that all procedures and policies are understood and that all work is carried out in accordance with those standards

• Must be at least 18 years of age and fully vaccinated
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
• Enjoy talking to people and be at ease approaching customers to demonstrate our products
• Able to work in shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
• A strong team player and able to work in fast-paced environment
