 Operational Excellence: Help create and maintain an inviting shop atmosphere with fresh product, beautiful displays and efficient and accurate processes that support an environment of excellence and lives the LUSH values.

What We Need from You
 Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people.
 Eager to learn and develop through supportive feedback and training.
 A Brand Ambassador who is confident and passionate about delivering a 5* Customer experience to all customers.
 Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the shop.

 18 years or above.
 An advantage with experience in retail / cosmetic industry
 Good customer service skills, knowledge in CRM would be an advantage.
