Responsibilities
Keeping the outlets’ cleanliness and ensure the merchandises are well displayed
Greeting and assisting shoppers (Keep Smiling)
Maintain positive associate relations and effective selling skills
Responsible for dealing with customer enquiries, complaints and good’s exchange-
Replenish stock in a daily routine
Receiving, checking and storing of new arrivals
Attentive when handling with payments (cash or card)
Responsible for outlet’s security and be aware of shoplifters, fraudulent credit cards and etc
Reporting stock discrepancies to superior
Achieving monthly and personal sales targets (refer to Appendix A)
Adhere to company policies and rules
To undertake other related duties as require assigned from time to time.
