RETAIL SUPERVISOR (SUNWAY PYRAMID)

Direct store team to drive and achieve sales targets, and store KPI;
 Develop sales plan to maximize business opportunities. Utilize all allocated stock, promotions and resources to best support delivery of store sales budgets;
 Monitor sales performance on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to ensure shortfalls to budget are quickly identified and a turnaround strategy identified and implemented;
 Review employee working schedules to ensure appropriate shop floor coverage to complete all tasks including customer service, replenishment, and implement visual standards and to maximize sales;
 Analyze sales and inventory to optimize selling space in order to obtain maximum profitability;
 Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure customer satisfaction;
 Provide training to the team on product knowledge including fabric, material used, and features & benefits, as well as VM standards in order to upkeep company image and attract customers;
 Ensure appropriate display of products according to the VM guidelines and requirements;
 Ensure staff is motivated and committed in order to reduce staff turnover rate
 Lead by example, and create a climate of high quality feedback, coaching and development;
 Train, develop and evaluate the store team, and provide frequent coaching, feedback and recognition. Provide appropriate Training programs according to different needs of colleagues and help set target and KPI for them;
