Responsibilities
-Demonstration, promote and sell of Products.
-Drive and achieve individual sales target in a team environment.
-Provision of exemplary customer services ensuring high standards of performance in service excellence.
-Proactive engagement to build a regular base of customers.
-Unhold the company's image as a prestigious and luxurious brand at all times
-Maintain housekeeping, stock replenishment and merchandising duties
-Adhere to shop day-to-day operations procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
-Minimum 1 year of working experience in beauty/ wellness industries
-Proven sales records/ sales experience
-Ability to provide consultative product usage preferred
-Able to wok on shift and retail hours
-Customer focused, result oriented, independent, highly motivated and proactive
-Able to converse in English and Mandarin to give advise and handle queries and feedbacks from English and Mandarin speaking customers and associates.
Perks & Benefits
Salary: Basic + Incentive + Commission RM1,800.00- RM2,600.00 per month
Sales Associate
The primary responsible of a Sales Associate included to promote a company products or services through quality customer service. Sales Associate’s duties include welcoming customers, guide customers through the products or services, response to customers’ questions, accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve return issue, promoting special sales, offers and awareness of store loyalty program, and also ensure customers have a pleasant shopping experience.
