Retail Assistant (Sunway Pyramid)

+ To plan, manage and monitor daily activities on operations from end to end.
+ Monitoring operation process, take a role as decision maker in operational problems that may occurs.
+ Motivating, managing to achieve the target.
+ Maximizing sales and profit.
+ Manage inventory, maintain stock in optimum level.
+ Provide a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.

+ Minimum SPM with and without work experience are encouraged to apply.
+ Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
+ Lively, energetic, dynamic individual with a friendly disposition
+ Good working attitude and a dependable team player
+ Able and willing to work on retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (OT provided).
