Sales Associate’s duties include welcoming customers, guide customers through the products or services, response to customers’ questions, accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve return issue, promoting special sales, offers and awareness of store loyalty program, and also ensure customers have a pleasant shopping experience.
