Retail Assistant

• To ensure smooth and efficient retail operation and work closely with the immediate supervisor.
• Provide best customer service and responds to the customer needs.
• Introduce and promote products to customers.
• Handle food orders from customers and ensure food product preparation and disposable process follow food handling SOP.
• Operate a cash register including cash and credit card transaction. Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash register operation.
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, safety and housekeeping.
• In charge of stock replenishment.
