Preferably English and 中文 Speakers
Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply. No experience required.
Ability to move and respond quickly.
Able to memorize manuals and explain the menu to customers.
Friendly and engaging
Greet, Guide & Serve customers with proper manners
Understand all position flow and SOP, able to perform all roles of service position.
Be knowledgeable about the food & beverage industry.
Be able to communicate with the customers during and after dining.
Understand floor layout, table number, and operation.
Be able to work and respond immediately , keep and maintain the workplace clean and organize at all times.
