Laser Specialist (Beautician / Consultant)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to achieve assigned target and goals through excellent professional facial treatment service in all aspects e.g. technical, consultation and customer service.
Attend to customer’s requests and enquiries.
Able to make professional recommendations of products, face cleansing treatments and packages to customers.
Build positive relationships and demonstrate customer service oriented.
Ensure cleanliness, sterilizing and maintenance of equipment, treatment rooms, and clinic.
Handle documentation, phone calls, basic administration duties and appointments.
Ensure all required stock or items are refilled accordingly.
To assist other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher Graduate Diploma in relevant discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in aesthetics or beauty industry.
Good hands-on technical skill & products knowledge.
Passionate and sales-driven.
Excellent customer service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Collaborative and a team player.
