Responsibilities
- To ensure that day-to-day operations are carried out smoothly in accordance with Company’s pre-set procedures and workflows.
- Familiar with SOP, grammage, ingredients and etc.
- Minimise wastage or recovery % through training and practice.
- Check freshness of ingredients before preparing food.
Skills & Qualifications
Candidate with no working experience and fresh graduate is welcome to apply for this position. Training will be provided.
Kitchen Crew
The primary duties of kitchen crew are to welcome customers with utmost courtesy, record customers’ order, ensuring the tables and utensils are arranged accordingly, ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure the orders are prepared, and, handle payment transactions.
Require Skills:
- Customer service skills
- Understand point-of-sale systems and cash handling
- Quick and effective problem-solving
- Basic mathematics and financial knowledge
