Responsibilities
-Provide exceptional customer service to every Levi’s® customer us
-Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs;
-Assist stock replenishment and security tagging of merchandise on the selling floor as needed;
-Assist in pricing of merchandise, physical inventory, and cycle counts
Skills & Qualifications
-Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts;
-MALAYSIAN with minimum SPM qualification;
-Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin

Sales Associate
The primary responsible of a Sales Associate included to promote a company products or services through quality customer service. Sales Associate’s duties include welcoming customers, guide customers through the products or services, response to customers’ questions, accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve return issue, promoting special sales, offers and awareness of store loyalty program, and also ensure customers have a pleasant shopping experience.
