Responsibilities
-Welcome & greet clients
-Manage daily appointments
-Handle phone calls and walk in clients
-Complete daily deduction of treatments and update CRM record
-Prepare duty roster / timetable for therapist & monthly front desk department report
-Maintain cleanliness of front desk / reception area
-Assist in issuance of invoices, treatment done slips & keep track on retail products
-Other administration duties
Skills & Qualifications
-Presentable appearance & positive attitude
-Able to converse in English & Malay. Other dialects would be an added advantage.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training would be provided.
-Able to start work immediately
