Executive, Strategic Products

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· To support the Product Manager in managing overall Product team & lifecycle from ideation, research to product launching
· Work closely with the Product Manager to enhance the overall customer experience & present proposals
· Work with multi-stakeholders on product planning and execution including gathering and prioritizing market and customer need, defining business and product requirement
· Monitor the progress of on-going system development, user acceptance tests and post-launch activities and ensure these are carried out as per the implementation plan
· Identifying product gap and business opportunities by analysing market trend & data from internal, external and consumer research
· Develop product requirements (functional requirement and design, business requirement and specification, use case scenarios and exceptional handling, process flows)

JOB REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS)
· Solid command of written & oral communication (English)
· Analytical & problem-solving skills
· Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
· Ability to translate market research data into manageable and useful proposal
· Experience in Telco would be an added advantage

JOB QUALIFICATION
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Public Relations or a related field
