Responsibilities
1) Must be fully vaccinated and getting a boaster dose is required.
2) To provide fast, efficient and friendly service to customers, creating optimum sales in the shop.
3) Aged 18 and above.
4)Communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage).
5)Must be able to work on shifts/weekends & Public Holidays.

The primary duties of a customer service representative is to providing introductory product or service information to customers, ensuring customers are satisfied with products or services, follow up with customers with any purchases, troubleshooting common issue with a product or service.
Required skills:
- Strong Interpersonal skill to engage with customer
- Quick and effective problem-solving skill
- Good attention to detail
with or without experience, training provided, epf/socso included.
