1.Documenting all information of each employee performances and report to CEO and COO.
2.To take responsibilities for arranging staff duty roster and replacing staff if short of man power.
3.Train staff members to sell existing and future products, services, treatments and membership packages.
4.Ensure all employee follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to meet customer expectations.
5.Provide knowledge, direction, motivation, exhibit leadership and build employee confidence.
6.Prepare monthly report & Annual General Meeting report.
7.To build and maintain a good relationship with customers
8.To provide skin analysis, beauty advice and recommend products, services, treatments and membership packages to customers.
9.Demonstrate excellent customer service.
10.To promote skincare products and treatment advice to customer
11.To promote, increase and lead the team in achieving company sales and KPI.
12.Ensuring all staff practices good communication skills.
13.To conduct supervisory / spot check duties on cleanliness, grooming and maintenance of staff and outlet.
14.To follow up on customer’s treatments and skin conditions.
15.To monitor stock lists and ensure order lists is ready every Monday morning.
16.Ensure smooth running day to day operations and requirements of outlets.
17.Responsible for outlets sale setting, performance monitoring and recruiting beauticians.
18.Monitoring of daily sales, performance and cleanliness of outlet at all times.
19.Collaborate with the HQ team to ensure store procedures, filing systems and operations are updated and consistent with systems changes and development.
Skills & Qualifications
1.SPM level and above.
2.Multi-lingual, especially mandarin, is an added advantage
3.Have 2-3 years of experience in the beautician industry.
4.Experience in beauty products/skincare/cosmetics sales is a must.
5.Experience in a facial treatment, waxing, e-laser, embroidery, slimming.
6.Energetic, a team player.
7.Good complexion with pleasant customer service skills.
8.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
