Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver high touch customer experience in this unique FSS with enthusiasm, confidence and positive disposition.
• Offer professional beauty consultation and personalized advice with extensive knowledge of Estee lauder products, technology, and heritage
• Achieve sales target and maximize business opportunities through link-selling in all categories
• Merchandise counter to reflect brand image and embody the highest quality standards that are Estee Lauder
• Maintain a clean and customer-ready environment on a regular basis
• Maintain the client registry and maximize its usage as applicable
• Adhere to the Estee Lauder Standards and Purpose
• Consistently provide and engaging consumer experience through 3 Minute Beauty
• Use Estee Lauder tool to demonstrate expertise
Skills & Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
• Pleasant disposition with a positive, enthusiastic personality within the age group of 22-28
• Previous sales experience preferred with makeup skills an added advantage
• Project a positive attitude, passionate about beauty, be attentive and available to the needs of customers
• Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and through virtual selling tools
• Social Selling Skills. E.g.: Social Posting, Virtual Consultation, Live Streaming

Sales Associate
The primary responsible of a Sales Associate included to promote a company products or services through quality customer service. Sales Associate’s duties include welcoming customers, guide customers through the products or services, response to customers’ questions, accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve return issue, promoting special sales, offers and awareness of store loyalty program, and also ensure customers have a pleasant shopping experience.
