Audit Assistant

Responsibilities
-To visit outlets/warehouses on a regular basis to check on the outlets/warehouse inventory and operating documents.
-To conduct the audit in line with cafe operational procedures and to report any findings those are not in line with standard operational procedures.
-To submit the monthly reports of the audit findings to the management.
-Conduct inventory, daily transaction and physical cash check.
-To ensure all outlets are maintaining proper documentations of all items received and issued.
-To advise outlets and provide guidance in managing their shortages and inventory handling.
-To investigate and report on any cases suspected of pilferages or bad management of the inventory.
-To assist in ad-hoc assignment as required by management.
-To perform any other duties as may be designed from time to time.
Skills & Qualifications
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
-At least 2 years of working experience in internal auditing or related field is required for this position.
