Assistant Manager, Shop

• Provide good service to customer and be sales oriented in serving and recommendation of product to customer.
• Plan, review and keep track of sales performance (set daily target and ensure achieve the sales target).
• Motivate team to achieve sales target.
• Implement/execute sales & promotion plans.
• Assist in maintenance and upkeep the shop premises.
• Assist in stock check (routine, ad-hoc & annual).
• Uphold the company's good image and reputation.
• Lead/manage a team of retail staffs to produce the best performance.
• Review staff strength and delegate job duties accordingly.
• Maintain and uphold the quality customer service from staff.
• Monitor/conduct training to staff (sales and supervisory).
• Reports to Shop Manager on staff performance and sales/shop performance
• Assist Shop Manager Provide feedbacks on stocks, customers and market situation to Area Manager.
• Assist Shop Manager to handle the overall shop operations and ensure consistency in the standard of retail operations.
• Assist Shop Manager to do the recruitment
• Any other assignment as directed by immediate superior as and when required
