Responsibilities

· Manage logistics processes through coordinating with internal departments and external suppliers
· Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurately preparation and issuance of shipping document
· Accurate and consistent data entry/ update of shipping information into system
· Prepare all shipping documents (invoice and packing list) on time and accurate
· Responsible to meet all service standard required and operational key performance
· Performing data entry and filing documentation
· To prepare material cost listing report, perform cost analysis
· Manage inventory and prepare inventory reports
· Perform other duties as and when assigned or requested

Skills & Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENT (SKILLS)
· Organizational and analytical skills
· Preferably executives specialized in inventory and supply chain management or equivalent
· Working knowledge of logistic and inventory software

JOB REQUIREMENT (BEHAVIOURAL)
· Strong team player
· Excellent problem solving, integration and interpersonal skills

QUALIFICATION
· Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics Management/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
